Please review all rate information thoroughly before signing. You are under no obligation to accept the terms offered.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY
If an unexpected emergency prevents you from making a payment according to your agreement, representatives at Click Capital Now are trained to work with you to restore your account to good standing. For title loans: your vehicle will be pledged as collateral. If you fail to make a payment as agreed, your vehicle may be repossessed and sold. Additional charges may also apply.


REFINANCE POLICY

Refinances are permitted. Please consult your agreement for complete terms and conditions.


CREDIT CHECKS

A common misconception is that a poor credit history results in a higher interest rate for title or payday loans. With Click Capital Now, your credit score does not affect the interest rate, fees, or charges determined for title, payday, or installment loans.

FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES

Click Capital Now conducts all collection activity in strict compliance with the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other applicable laws. We follow all relevant rules and regulations, including:

Not contacting consumers by phone before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m.
